Wired motorisation kit for roller shutter 40 kg - OCTO tube Ø 60 mm - 20 Nm

This complete renovation kit is designed for the motorisation of a roller shutter of 40 kg maximum.

The wired motor, placed in a 60 mm diameter telescopic octagonal tube, drives the curtain thanks to the clip-on fasteners for 8 mm slats supplied in the kit.

The end stop adjustment, very easy, is done manually.

Safety, silence and comfort are ensured.

We recommend using the end stops WKH138.

Calculation of the curtain weight:
- Curtain weight = width x (height + 20 cm) x weight of slats per m²
- Weight of 8 mm slats: PVC = 4 kg/m², Foamed ALU = 4.5 kg/m², Extruded ALU = 7 kg/m², WOOD = 11 kg/m²

Dimensional limits:
• Traditional assembly:
- Tube 1 only = opening width from 680 mm to 1,600 mm
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = opening width from 1,600 mm to 2,900 mm
• Renovation assembly:
- Tube 1 only = opening width from 680 mm to 1,560 mm
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = opening width from 1,560 mm to 2,860 mm

Choice of fasteners:

- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm (fasteners supplied in the kit).
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm (use the screw-on fasteners WKH883C. Short screws supplied in the kit).

Choice of switch:
- Wired surface-mounted switch = reference C0013200
- Wired flush-mounted switch = reference C0013205
