Radio motorisation kit for 40 kg roller shutter - ZF tube Ø 54 mm - 20 Nm

This complete renovation kit is designed for the motorisation of a roller shutter with a maximum weight of 40 kg.

The radio motor, placed inside a 54 mm diameter telescopic ZF tube, drives the curtain thanks to the clip-on attachments for 8 mm or 14 mm slats provided in the kit.

For 14 mm slats, use the removable profiles supplied in the kit.

It is controlled by a 3-button radio remote control also supplied in the kit.

The end stops are automatically adjusted by learning.

Safety, silence and comfort are ensured.

We recommend using the end stops WKH138.

Calculation of the curtain weight:
- Curtain weight = width x (height + 20 cm) x weight of slats per m²
- Weight of 8 mm slats: PVC = 4 kg/m², Foamed ALU = 4.5 kg/m², Extruded ALU = 7 kg/m², WOOD = 11 kg/m²

Dimensional limits:
• Traditional installation:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,600 mm to 2,400 mm
• Renovation installation:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,560 mm to 2,360 mm

Choice of attachments:

- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm (attachments provided in the kit).
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm (removable profiles provided in the kit).
