Radio motorisation kit for roller shutter 40 kg - ZF tube Ø 54 mm - 20 Nm

This complete renovation kit is designed for the motorisation of a roller shutter with a maximum weight of 40 kg.

The radio motor, placed inside a 54 mm diameter telescopic ZF tube, drives the curtain thanks to the clip-on fasteners for 8 mm or 14 mm slats provided in the kit.

For 14 mm slats, use the removable profiles supplied in the kit.

It is controlled by a 3-button radio remote control also included in the kit.

The end-stop adjustments are made automatically by learning.

Safety, silence, and comfort are ensured.

We recommend using the WKH138 stops.

Calculation of the curtain weight:
- Curtain weight = width x (height + 20 cm) x weight of slats per m²
- Weight of 8 mm slats: PVC = 4 kg/m², Foamed ALU = 4.5 kg/m², Extruded ALU = 7 kg/m², WOOD = 11 kg/m²

Dimensional limits:
• Traditional assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,600 mm to 2,400 mm
• Renovation assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,560 mm to 2,360 mm

Choice of fasteners:

- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm (fasteners provided in the kit).
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm (removable profiles provided in the kit).
