This complete renovation kit is designed for the motorisation of a roller shutter of up to 40 kg.
The wired motor, placed inside a 54 mm diameter telescopic ZF tube, drives the curtain via the clip-on attachments for 8 mm slats provided in the kit.
The adjustment of the end stops, which is very easy, is done manually.
Safety, silence, and comfort are ensured.
We recommend using the WKH138 stops.
Calculation of curtain weight:
- Curtain weight = width x (height + 20 cm) x weight of slats per m²
- Weight of 8 mm slats: PVC = 4 kg/m², Foamed ALU = 4.5 kg/m², Extruded ALU = 7 kg/m², WOOD = 11 kg/m²
Dimensional limits:
• Traditional assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,600 mm to 2,400 mm
• Renovation assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,560 mm to 2,360 mm
Choice of attachments:
- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm (attachments provided in the kit).
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm (use the WKH881A attachments).
Choice of switch:
- Surface-mounted wired switch = reference C0013200
- Flush-mounted wired switch = reference C0013205
