This complete renovation kit is designed for the motorisation of a roller shutter of 40 kg maximum.
The wired motor, placed in a 54 mm diameter telescopic ZF tube, drives the curtain thanks to the clip-on fasteners for 8 mm slats provided in the kit.
The adjustment of the end stops, very easy, is done manually.
Safety, silence and comfort are ensured.
We recommend using the WKH138 stops.
Calculation of the curtain weight:
- Curtain weight = width x (height + 20 cm) x weight of the slats per m²
- Weight of 8 mm slats: PVC = 4 kg/m², Foamed ALU = 4.5 kg/m², Extruded ALU = 7 kg/m², WOOD = 11 kg/m²
Dimensional limits:
• Traditional assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,600 mm to 2,400 mm
• Renovation assembly:
- Tube 1 + tube 2 = bay width from 1,560 mm to 2,360 mm
Choice of fasteners:
- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm (fasteners provided in the kit).
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm (use the WKH881A fasteners).
Choice of switch:
- Surface-mounted wired switch = reference C0013200
- Flush-mounted wired switch = reference C0013205
