In the case of a sliding door, certain mechanical parts may naturally wear out or simply suffer from excessive shocks: a damper, a stop, a fitting... Whatever your mechanical issue, you will surely find the replacement part you need. Once the part is replaced, your installation will be perfectly functional again.

In the case of a shutter motorization SLID'UP by Mantion, some parts are intended to be replaced. This is the case for sleeve motors for swing shutters, for example. In fact, in the event of strong winds during the opening or closing phase of the panels, the protective sleeve is designed to break to spare the shutter motorization. Replacing the sleeve is very easy, and your motorization is quickly operational again.

Additional Accessories

Improving sliding door systems involves using perfectly adapted accessories. For a glass door, for example, this includes installing adhesive door handles that preserve the glass surface of the door and do not peel off even in humid rooms like the bathroom. For a door leading outside, implementing a reinforced lock can be an appropriate solution. As for closet or interior doors, you might add a damper so that they close smoothly.

Regarding shutter motorization, certain accessories can enhance its functionality. Indeed, this is the case with the multi-panel compass, for example, which allows an additional panel to be driven if needed. This is very useful if you have swing shutters composed of three panels on the same window: two on the left and one on the right, for example. You could also enhance the security of your home by adding electromechanical locks sold separately.
