Clip-on locking fastener for octagonal tube 1 link

Rigid 1-link fastener allowing the connection of the curtain to the octagonal tubes.
Ensures locking of the curtain in the lowered position within certain usage limits.
Suitable for maximum box sizes of 165 mm.
Attachment by clipping for octagonal tubes, other tubes fixed by screws or rivets.
Fastener suitable for 8 and 14 mm slats via the removable profile.
Plan one fastener every 80 cm (minimum two fasteners).
The two end locks must be placed approximately 200 mm from the guide.
Lifting capacity: 7 kg per fastener.

=> Choose the lock fastener according to the slat:



- An 8 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 30 to 45 mm.
- A 14 mm slat corresponds to a slat height of 50 to 60 mm.

=> Usage recommendations:

- Locks and fasteners fixed on the axis must always be positioned at the ends closest to the guides (maximum 20 cm).
- It is recommended to provide a minimum of two curtain locks: one lock every 80 cm.
- Lock fasteners are recommended for winch and motor operations.

In the case of motor operation: the use of motors with automatic limit switches is recommended.
Why? If the limit switches are poorly adjusted and depending on the motor power, it could cause the locks to break.
