Add 4 wall mounting brackets for doors up to 45 mm thick (reference SU5233).

Mounting C:
Surface mounting with wooden finishing strip.
Add 4 wall mounting brackets for doors up to 45 mm thick (reference SU5233).
Add 3 wall mounting brackets for doors 25 to 45 mm thick (reference SU5243).

Mounting D:
Ceiling mounting with aluminium finishing strip.
Add 6 ceiling mounting spacers (reference SU5212).
