Is it possible to reinforce the holding of the shutters in the closed position?

To reinforce the holding of hinged shutters in the closed position, we offer two complementary locking solutions, compatible with the SLID'UP URANUS, SLID'UP WINEO and SLID'UP BRA-VO motorization systems:

The electromagnetic lock secures the shutter using a magnet. The magnet is installed on the shutter that closes last and attaches to the lock when in the closed position.

The electromechanical lock uses a bolt that locks into a strike plate fixed to the shutter.

These locks provide reinforced holding of the shutter in the closed position. They are installed under the lintel, at the center of the opening, to protect them from the elements. Once the shutter is closed, the lock prevents any unwanted movement and reduces stress on the hinges.

The locks are powered by 24 VDC and connected to the programming control unit. Locking is activated automatically when the shutter reaches its maximum closed stop.
